MONDAY
Spinal Energetics, Massage & Alexander Technique with Jem
I am a bodywork practitioner offering remedial massage, the Alexander Technique, and Spinal
Energetics, informed by my background as a performing artist. Years of working in theatre and movement have shaped a practical understanding of the physical and nervous system demands
placed on bodies. My work integrates clinically informed massage therapy with postural awareness and nervous system support, addressing pain, tension, fatigue, and movement inefficiency. Sessions are tailored, attentive, and supportive of both immediate relief and longer-term wellbeing.

FRIDAY
In sessions, I draw creatively on resonance, body language, a breadth of therapeutic and intuitive bodywork, and emergent somatic enquiry. My intention is to support nervous-system regulation, release from pain and tension, and a deeper sense of embodied authentic presence. I hope to help people befriend their bodies through body literacy - learning to listen, respond, and move with the relational field of life in self-clarity, and trust.
I offer sliding-scale sessions and weekly community spaces so that support remains available to those who need it most, including single mothers, carers, and others navigating financial strain.

SUNDAY
My name is Lee Morgan and I am a folk doctor. My practices began with my Dorset family in England, and draws on those of the cunning folk of old. I am passionate about healing taught from body-to-body, connecting us to ancestral knowledge, and helping our sensory intelligence to come to life.
Join me for an hour and a half session (or a shorter one if you'd like to test the ground first). In my sessions I begin the process through tarot card reading and collection casting where I really listen to your fetch, get a good look at what is under the surface, before deciding with you on a treatment pathway.

TUESDAY
The Breath of Life ~ A 3-Month Craniosacral Therapy Journey
Choose from monthly or fortnightly sessions, this program is designed to hold you through a deepening relationship with your body and your life. We begin with the enquiry: what does health mean to me? Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a somatic approach to wellbeing and embodiment. It is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. Created to invite the community to experience this space and receive support.
Helena Turner is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (Dip. BCST), Yoga Instructor, Tea Ceremonialist and Wilderness Guide practicing in Nipaluna, Hobart.
*Single sessions and concession prices are available.

SATURDAY
Kiaora my name is Ōriwa and I am a Māori Mauri Practitioner based in Nipaluna, Lutruwita. With cultural integrity at the heart of my work, I respectfully acknowledge the Palawa and Muwinina people as the guardians and wisdom holders of this land.
Guided by Māori ancestral wisdom and karakia (spiritual chant), I work intuitively with the areas of your body, mind, and spirit that are seeking attention. Through traditional Māori healing tools, I support the restoration of balance and the upliftment of your mauri — your inner life force and connection to all living things. I believe true healing comes from within; my role is to help you listen, trust, and awaken your body’s innate wisdom.

WEDNESDAY
"Our feet are not only there to walk and dance us through life, they contain a map of reflex points which connect to our whole body.
Reflexology can be used to help with many ailments, and is also deeply relaxing, allowing your nervous system to rest, and your body to enter into a state of homeostasis, to tend to its own healing."
