SATURDAY
I am an eco-somatic counsellor, Ho’oponopono practitioner, and performance poet/storyteller/musician. My passion is creating sacred space for us to re-remember our most whole, interconnected, selves as earth-soul kin. All sessions I offer are grounded in earth, somatic presence, aloha (unconditional love), and the strength of our multi-dimensional ancestors.
I currently offer three types of sessions: Ho’oponopono, Eco-Somatic Counselling (Rituals of Compassion and Presence), and Sensing Kin.

FRIDAY
Zenthai Shiatsu
Erin is passionate about the mechanics of movement and the somatic connection between body and mind. A yoga instructor and former professional dancer, this embodied understanding is felt through her work.
Through both Yoga and Zenthai Shiatsu, Erin holds a grounded and supportive space where individuals are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Her treatments are intentional and serve as a gentle reminder of the body’s innate capacity to move, adapt, and heal—an invitation to rediscover the body’s own ability to dance.

MONDAY
Holistic Psychothreapy & Counciling
Often we feel shifts but are unsure how to come to ground or make meaning - perhaps amidst a loss, a life transition, or within the quiet sense that who you’ve been no longer feels true. Therapy can be a space to meet these moments with depth, curiosity, and care. Not to fix what is broken, but to listen for what is asking to be known, felt, and integrated. I offer holistic psychotherapy for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and sustainable change. I draw on relational, somatic, and process-oriented approaches that support a more connected way of being that honours the wisdom within your experience.

TUESDAY
The Breath of Life ~ A 3-Month Craniosacral Therapy Journey
Choose from monthly or fortnightly sessions, this program is designed to hold you through a deepening relationship with your body and your life. We begin with the enquiry: what does health mean to me? Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a somatic approach to wellbeing and embodiment. It is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. Created to invite the community to experience this space and receive support.
Helena Turner is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (Dip. BCST), Yoga Instructor, Tea Ceremonialist and Wilderness Guide practicing in Nipaluna, Hobart.
*Single sessions and concession prices are available.
