Tea Ceremony is the quiet, meditative practice of sharing tea in a bowl. Tea is a time-honoured companion to humans. Grown, cultivated and served in relationship with all elements. Sharing tea is a profoundly simple practice, graceful in its artform, steeped in silence and reverence for the mundane. We are invited into shared moments of mindfulness, to open our hearts to beauty and gratitude.
You are welcome to join us and begin your journey with tea. It's a friendly group and an open space where we discuss tea, sit together in silence and contemplate philosophical questions about the nature of all things.
