Sessions:

Ho’oponopono

2 hours

Full Price $200

Concession $150

"I am ready and willing to release the heaviness (e.g. anger, shame, fear) in my being”

“Ho’oponopono” means “to make right”, or “to bring into alignment”. A Ho’oponopono session is a powerful and sacred container for releasing the pahakus (stones) in your being, through radical forgiveness and unconditional love. In the Hawai’ian understanding, pahakus (stones) are things like anger, fear, shame, guilt, jealousy.

Eco-Somatic Counselling (Rituals of Compassion and Presence)

1.5 hours

Full Price $110

Concession $90

“I just need to be-with this feeling for a while. I yearn for a compassionate shoulder to cry on, and someone to walk with me through this pain.”

With earth and spirit as your co-therapist, we’ll create a sacred container for you to be present and honour whatever you’re experiencing.

This might mean talking it out while walking in the bush, letting your body (and earth’s body) express through movement/sound/tears/songs/words etc., or curating a ceremony/ritual that honours this moment in your journey (e.g. a grief ritual, or a rites of passage ritual).

Sensing Kin

1.5 hours

Full Price $110

Concession $90

“I yearn to deepen my relationship with earth-spirit kin”

These are sessions for strengthening the muscles of your intuition and energetic-sensing. We’ll explore how to listen and communicate to our earth-spirit kin with care, protection, and boundaries. We’ll learn tangible ways of opening perceptual doorways through guided embodied practices and rituals. These sessions might allow you to remember how to hear what your pear tree is saying, how to know if a waterfall gives permission for photographs, and how to receive and communicate with the wisdom of Spirit and your Ancestors on all layers of your being.

More detailed information about the what and why of these sessions are on my website.
