MONDAY

Often we feel shifts but are unsure how to come to ground or make meaning - perhaps amidst a loss, a life transition, or within the quiet sense that who you’ve been no longer feels true. Therapy can be a space to meet these moments with depth, curiosity, and care. Not to fix what is broken, but to listen for what is asking to be known, felt, and integrated. I offer holistic psychotherapy for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and sustainable change. I draw on relational, somatic, and process-oriented approaches that support a more connected way of being that honours the wisdom within your experience.

I work with people navigating grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, identity shifts, or patterns of self-doubt. Rather than pathologising these experiences, I invite you to meet them with curiosity and respect, listening for what they reveal and what they may be asking for now. Within this honouring, many shifts may unfold, including a quiet strengthening of self-trust, a deeper sense of aliveness and connection, and a renewed capacity to meet life as it is.

Held in the warm, intimate Mountain Studio beside the fire, with views of Kunanyi, these sessions offer a supportive environment to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

60-minute session

$130 (individuals)

$180 (couples)

I am committed to making therapy as accessible as possible for those who seek to engage with it. I recognise that financial resources in our society are not distributed equally, and many people are disproportionately affected by this. For this reason, I offer a proportion of sliding scale places. If cost is a barrier, please feel welcome to reach out to discuss available options.
