SATURDAY

Mauri is the life force or vitality that flows through all things - people, animals, land, waters and beyond. I support people to reconnect with their mauri through traditional Māori wellness practices, language and connection to the natural environment. When our mauri is strong, we experience joy and synergy within our body, mind and spirit which naturally gravitates outwards to our families & wider communities.

In my culture, I am Matakite — a seer. I prefer this term over “psychic” or “medium,” as my spiritual connection is rooted in my lineage and guided by ancestral wisdom. During your session, I call upon my ancestors to connect with yours. As I move through your body’s energy points they offer insights and guidance to help heal your ancestral wounds and open the pathways for you to discover the unique gifts carried through your bloodline.

🌀 Mauri sessions:

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only on Saturdays and offered on a koha (donation) basis. Koha is a monetary donation, meaningful gift or exchange of offering given as a gesture of appreciation and reciprocity. Koha is offered freely, based on what feels right for you, rather than as a fixed $ fee. The intention is to create an accessible and inclusive option for those who are most vulnerable in our community and those who may experience financial and cultural barriers which is why the first session is free for Palawa, Muwinina and Seniors.

Zoë Dojo acknowledges the traditional owners of this Country and recognise Aboriginal people’s continuing connection to Land, Sea, Waterways, Sky and Culture. We live, create and experience life in nipaluna/Hobart, lutruwita/Tasmania and acknowledge and pay respect to the muwinina and palawa people, Elders past and present and Aboriginal people, peers, colleagues and friends who are present today. Sovereignty has never been ceded.
