TUESDAY

Hi, I'm Helena. I'm a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (Dip. BCST), Yoga Instructor, Tea Ceremonialist and Wilderness Guide practicing in Nipaluna, Hobart. I offer in person sessions, classes and multi-day Vision Quest programs in Southern Tasmania.
During my Summer Residency at Mountain Studio I'm offering a 3-month Craniosacral Therapy Program called The Breath of Life.
This program is designed especially for the Zoë Dojo, to hold you through a deepening relationship with your body and your life. Priced to invite the community to experience this space and receive support, and created in alignment with the values and ethos of the blossoming community centre here on the mountain.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a somatic approach to wellbeing and embodiment. It is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. Grounded in osteopathic principles, BCST works with the subtle rhythms and movements within the body—particularly in the nervous system, fascia, and fluids—to release tension, calm the mind, and promote deep states of relaxation. We may explore the origins of your body, its development patterns and the deep intelligence that organises all systems with you, laid down at conception.
I'm enamoured with the mystery of life and the unending potential for self-knowing and healing. I've spent the last decade studying both the science and art of the human body and developing a refined understanding of living anatomy and subtle energies. My passion lies in working with these systems, alongside the greater forces of nature to support you to be in relationship with the power of your own health.
Tea Ceremony
Every Tuesday morning at 7:30am I hold a community Tea Ceremony. You are welcome to join us and begin your journey with tea. It's a friendly group and an open space where we discuss tea, sit together in silence and contemplate philosophical questions about the nature of all things.
Tea Ceremony is the quiet, meditative practice of sharing tea in a bowl. Tea is a time-honoured companion to humans. Grown, cultivated and served in relationship with all elements. Sharing tea is a profoundly simple practice, graceful in its artform, steeped in silence and reverence for the mundane. We are invited into shared moments of mindfulness, to open our hearts to beauty and gratitude.
