FRIDAY

I am an intuitive remedial bodyworker and somatic practitioner based in nipaluna/Southern Tasmania. My practice has evolved through an eco-somatic lens and is guided by curiosity about how the body organizes, heals, and communicates - not only within itself, but in relationship with the environments and ecologies we are irrevocably a part of.
I have over 5 years of full-time clinical bodywork experience, extensive training and self-exploration into the deeper mechanisms of our nervous systems, breath, developmental patterns, nutrition, conditions of programming and how this translates into body posture, pain, fatigue and feelings of “stuck-ness” in the body.
In sessions, I draw creatively on resonance, body language, a breadth of therapeutic and intuitive bodywork, and emergent somatic enquiry. My intention is to support nervous-system regulation, release from pain and tension, and a deeper sense of embodied authentic presence. I hope to help people befriend their bodies through body literacy - learning to listen, respond, and move with the relational field of life in self-clarity, and trust.
I offer sliding-scale sessions and weekly community spaces so that support remains available to those who need it most, including single mothers, carers, and others navigating financial strain.
My residency at the Mountain Studio is an exploration into a living laboratory of allies, offering our community experiences that are both therapeutic and deeply connected to our innate intelligence and the landscapes that are embedded within our cells.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, experimenting, and sharing my heart-centred presence as a part of Zoë Dojo.
